Return and refund policy

If you do not agree with the product received, you can exchange it in the following way:

• Contact us at loja@bennialimentos.com.br and send the product directly by post, remembering that the shipping is at your expense. • You can exchange the product for another one or get your money back. For a money back, you have up to 7 days to request and return the product, from the date of receipt of the product. • In case the exchange is due to damage, it will be exchanged for the same product, which will also be sent to your home. • If the product has a manufacturing defect at the time of receipt, inform us immediately, the exchange will be made and the Shipping will be on us.
